WP1

Federated database network

WP1 creates Microb-AI-net, a secured federated microbiome database network that enables structured clinical and microbial data use while respecting high standards for privacy and data protection.

WP2 collects and manages clinical and gut microbial data from healthy participants and individuals with or at risk of colorectal cancer, combining existing and newly recruited datasets.

WP3 develops federated CRC Profiler apps covering key steps of the patient stratification workflow, from data processing to AI model learning and application.
