Microb-AI-ome General Assembly meeting in Kraków, Poland

The Microb-AI-ome consortium gathered in Kraków, Poland, on 7 and 8 February 2024 for a General Assembly meeting bringing together partners from across Europe.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review progress achieved during the first year of the project and to discuss ongoing activities across the scientific, technical, clinical, ethical, dissemination and management work packages.

Partners exchanged updates on the development of the federated infrastructure, data collection activities, artificial intelligence methodologies, clinical validation plans and stakeholder engagement efforts, while identifying priorities for the upcoming project period.

The General Assembly also served as a forum for strategic discussions and decision-making, helping ensure continued alignment across the consortium and reinforcing the collaborative spirit that underpins Microb-AI-ome.
