Microb-AI-ome General Assembly meets in Kraków

The Microb-AI-ome consortium gathered in Kraków, Poland, on 7 and 8 February 2024 for a General Assembly meeting bringing together partners from across Europe.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review progress achieved during the first year of the project and to discuss ongoing activities across the scientific, technical, clinical, ethical, dissemination and management work packages.

Partners exchanged updates on the development of the federated infrastructure, data collection activities, artificial intelligence methodologies, clinical validation plans and stakeholder engagement efforts, while identifying priorities for the upcoming project period.

The General Assembly also served as a forum for strategic discussions and decision-making, helping ensure continued alignment across the consortium and reinforcing the collaborative spirit that underpins Microb-AI-ome.

Microb-AI-ome brings together universities, hospitals, research institutes, technology providers and innovation experts from across Europe. General Assembly meetings play a key role in maintaining a shared vision and supporting effective collaboration across this multidisciplinary consortium.
