Microb-AI-ome Work Package Leaders meet in Vienna

The Microb-AI-ome Steering Committee met in Vienna, Austria, on 11 and 12 September 2025 for a two-day meeting bringing together the project’s Work Package Leaders.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review progress across the different work packages, discuss ongoing scientific, technical, clinical, ethical, dissemination and exploitation activities, and align priorities for the next phase of the project.

By gathering the Work Package Leaders in person, the Steering Committee meeting supported coordination across Microb-AI-ome’s interdisciplinary activities and helped ensure that upcoming tasks remain connected to the project’s shared objectives.

Steering Committee meetings play an important role in maintaining alignment across the project. They allow Work Package Leaders to coordinate activities, address dependencies between tasks and support the smooth implementation of Microb-AI-ome’s research, innovation, dissemination and management objectives.
